KRU held the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the WK-20 electric rope shovel, which is the first one to be exported to Russian coal mine. Leaders of KRU and Beijing Meilin Industry Limited attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The local TV station interviewed and reported on this.

During the year (Sep.2018-Sep.2019) when the shovel was officially put into production, there is no replacement of warranty parts and the average rate of equipment availability ratio is 0.95. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on the WK-20 electric shovel’s work platform. The leader of mechanical and electrical equipment department KRU-Rome, chief engineer of Krasnobrodskij coal mine-Aleksey and leaders of Beijing Meilin Industry Limited attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony. In the interview, Rome gave great appreciation to the continued stability during the operation of WK-20 electric shovel and the monthly over-fulfillment of production tasks. In the interview, the driver foreman of the WK-20 electric shovel evaluated that there’s no shortcomings of our electric shovel, only advantages! Great recognition is given to the performance and stability of the shovel.
